I am on my third or fourth bottle of this BEB soothing serum - I love it so much. it's unbelievably gentle, amazingly soothing, and provides relief to super distressed skin. Though it's meant for baby's skin, it's just as wonderful for adult skin. There are days when my skin feels so sensitive (due to autoimmune disease) that even my usual gentle skincare products are too much and can be painful when applied. When that happens, I turn to this serum for instant relief. It can feel a little sticky when applied, but it absorbs quickly and provides just a hint of moisture. Once my skin has absorbed this serum, I follow it up with BEB Organic Silky Cream - Moisturizing for Dry Skin, Rosehip + Avocado Oil Natural Baby Care Lotion Safe for Newborns' Face and Body. That cream is just as fantastic as this serum, and the two provide an unbeatable combination for stressed out skin.It's hard to get across how incredibly gentle and skin-calming this serum is for stressed out skin. Psoriasis, eczema, sunburn, burn, rash, scrape, allergic reaction, bug bite, acne, cradle cap, surgical scar, irritation of any kind - this serum is a godsend. Even if you accidentally get it near your eyes, there's no burning or stinging. Skin is soothed but doesn't feel smothered. I've never experienced a single breakout when using this, or any redness or irritation, or really any reaction at all. Doesn't matter where this serum is applied. Skin just *feels* better. You should follow this up with a really gentle lotion or cream if your skin needs/wants moisture as this won't provide nearly enough.The price is a big thing that may turn people off, but honestly it's 1000% worth it. Who else has a drawer full of products bought for various skin issues that are there because they don't work? Mine have been replaced by this serum. It even outperforms almost every single prescription or specialty lotion or cream I've been given or tried to treat skin concerns. The time, frustration, and money I've saved by using this product more than covers the cost. It's so much better than yet another doctor's appointment for the same skin issue only to have them send me home with yet another prescription cream that doesn't work. It's so much better than buying yet another product only to have it either make the problem worse or not work at all. Also, it doesn't take much to cover a large area of skin. Two pumps is more than enough to cover my entire face and neck. There are plenty of anti-aging products or skin soothing products out there that cost as much or more than this serum. I know this isn't an anti-aging product, but as a skin soothing product I've found nothing that can beat it. The price stinks, but chances are excellent this will help your or your child's skin issue. No more buying, trying, and shoving in a drawer products that don't work and can't be returned. No more time wasted with products that don't work or make the problem worse. No more time spent waiting to see if yet another product will work and provide your child with some relief, only for it to fail miserably. With this serum, it's one and done. Other products from BEB are expensive as well, though they work just as amazingly well. And the customer service from the folks at BEB is nothing short of stellar. Any issues with any of their products, and they go above and beyond to make it right.So yes, the price may make you reconsider buying this, but if you are willing to give this serum a try, it will almost certainly be worth it. The gentleness and effectiveness is on a level I've never experienced before in all of the thousands of skincare products I've tried, both retail and prescription.
