I have been using this lately and I still cannot tell what its effects have been. If anything, I haven't dropped dead so I know it isn't doing anything bad to me. I have had somewhat severely irregular hormone levels so I imagine this may take a few months to really analyze it. I will update this post when possible. As for now, I think it may be helping with cramps and possibly with my acne. It didn't occur to me how subtle the changes would be but it definitely accomplished what I wanted (reduced sugar cravings) so I gave it 5 stars. I had a hunch that my sugar addiction stemmed from my hormone irregularity since I know that irregular levels of estrogen can cause pms symptoms that include mood swings and sugar cravings among other things. I definitely worked to solve those two problems and I think that by the time my next menstruation cycle come, I should be able to update on how helpful it was in that arena. I honestly have high hopes for this product though it can be hard to detect the changes at first. My sugar addiction was getting really crazy before I started taking this and now my cravings are significantly reduced. I feel I have much better control over how I eat and what I am eating. It is a great product and I highly recommend it!
