I was so excited to find this bench because it would match my room perfectly. When it arrived, the box looked like it had been through a war. Huge holes everywhere leaving product sticking out. Packaging tape plastered everywhere where box had been opened numerous times. NO instuctions as to how to put it together. When we got it out, very cheaply made. Screws were falling out and hinges not even screwed on tight. Worst part was, it did not go together! The dowel rods are too big for the holes in the bench. Hope to send this back, but it says to call customer service, however, there is no phone number at all on packaging slip and returns must be made in 10 days. DO NOT BUY THIS!
