I am sure this is a good metering tool for the "Bench rest" powder drop ONLY. Do not buy this if you have the LNL AP Hornady press or the case activated powder drop. I am deducting 1 star for not being clear on the description and 1 star for how easy the adjusting rod turns. It seems like it would get out of alignment very easily. The rod face is about a 1/4" smaller than what is necessary for the LNL AP press. Powder will just go by the rod face, like plugging a 1" hole with a 1/2" plug.This Hornady part number is 050114. The Hornady part number for the LNL AP press is 050124.
