Great quality, craftsmanship, and service. I ordered on new years, asked for a different stain, and received the bench two days later (!) with the stain I requested. My husband assembled it in 5 minutes - I asked him to install the shelf in the middle of the bench so that it can accommodate two rows of shoes - it fits 4 pairs of his shoes plus 5 pairs of mine.
