Arrived quickly and well packed. No scratches, dings, or chipping. Easy to assemble (I did this by myself in approximately an hour and a half and that’s with my OCD of having to lay out all pieces in order before actually beginning the assembly). It comes with extra screws, bolts, and mini dowels (good in case one is lost or something) and an Allen wrench/ Phillips screw bit combo tool; nice if you don’t want to fetch any tools. (Used my own Phillips; just a personal preference)The hinges on the doors were easy to install and adjust (barely any adjustment needed) allowing excellent alignment. Also, the door hinges are Easy Shut, so you just barely push the doors and they close on their own without any slamming. These features on the hinges are a HUGE plus!!!This is a VERY sturdy piece of furniture once completed. Nice thick boards, good welds on metal pieces, and good quality hardware. Tough enough to hold our somewhat heavy flatscreen TV on the top shelf and other items (I have a small box to house a mini dustpan/ brush and package of surface wipes) on the open shelves, no problem!Easy access to scoop out the litter box and remove it for litter changes. The surfaces appear to be easy to clean, although I haven’t had to yet (at least not with any urine), and is so easy to quickly sweep up any litter our cats kick out while using the litter box.The included scratch pad at the entry is great for our cats and helps control any litter tracking, but it’s not a necessity if you choose not to use it. I poked the ends of the little dowl rods through the sides of the scratch board to keep our cats from flipping it onto the floor when playing in the entryway, lol.Our litter box is cleaned at least once a day, so we don’t have lingering odors in our home, but I can say that this product ABSOLUTELY conceals litter box odor! We can’t smell any odor when they’re actively using it to poop like we could with the open litter box! There are holes in the back wall to allow ventilation, but even so, no noticeable odors to make your nose crinkle!I purchased this for our two cats and they love it! They were investigating it inside and out during the assembly, lol. We’re using it as a litter box enclosure, but this could also be used for an enclosed pet bed or “safe space” for kittens to big cats or even a small or mini breed dog. Plenty of room for a nice sized cat or small dog bed and toys!!The space between the back wall and the divider is plenty big enough for easy maneuvering but not big enough for my Pitties to put their heads into the area behind the doors. A total plus for games of chase the Kitty or if you have a dog that thinks they need to investigate the litter box. The latter is gross, but sometimes happens, lol.We love that this enclosure looks like a regular piece of furniture. By all appearances it looks like a TV credenza in our home. Visitors don’t realize it’s hiding a litter box until we point it out!! The fact that people don’t notice it’s true purpose is also great testimony that leads back to the concealment/ control of odor!!We are absolutely thrilled with this purchase and would highly recommend!
