I bought this keyboard to fulfill a promise I’d learn piano once I retired. I’ve been enjoying it? But my 9 year old grandson is loving it along with online lessons.I was very eager to try out my new instrument after unboxing it. Everything went wrong when testing the "demos". While in demo mode, I couldn't adjust the volume. The damn thing was stuck in demo and at full volume. It is a design flaw to put so many functions in one knob(volume know) ...they named it some else I can't remember. But overall, it was a nightmarish experience for me as I didn't play anything on this instrument except listening to it's toy-ish demos.I love it! This is my first ever piano keyboard. Great quality having weighted keys (88 keys) but are a little bit hard to press. Nonetheless, should be an ideal toy for an amateur like me.- Speaker sound is of decent quality and thus audible enough to suit my needs- Easy to operate, with only few buttons that are easy to understand.- All keys of various sounds are working well.- A ‘lil bit heavy but still portable- Just a thing to consider is buying bench and stand with it.I wanted a piano the whole time I was growing up, but could only get my hands on a keyboard. I started teaching myself to play when I was young, but always preferred the feel of a piano. Now that one of my children has expressed interest in wanting to learn how to play, I decided it was time to upgrade my old keyboard for something that felt more like a real piano.This keyboard piano is full size (88 keys) and the keys are weighted. It doesn't feel exactly like a traditional piano, but much closer than the keyboard does. It comes with a petal that can be plugged in, which helps in learning, but is closer to a sewing machine foot than a piano petal.The keyboard is good quality and the sound is decent. I think it's a great entry-level piano and good for home use. It does come with a storage bag, but it's not padded and the zippers are poor. I like that it can be tucked away if needed, which is obviously something I could never do with a piano.It has very basic features, including a built-in metronome, and has a stand for sheet music. It's a nice student keyboard/piano, and for our extremely unprofessional use - it's perfect!This Moukey MEP-120 88 Keys Weighted Digital Keyboard is a great keyboard for beginners. It has good sound quality. The keys have a nice weight to them - they feel really good to play. Please note, the set does not include the stand- we added that, is not included. The keyboard includes a sturdy, padded carrying case, foot pedal, and power supply. There are two 25w speakers and 36 different tone presets. The controls are simple to use but hard to toggle through if you need to adjust it quickly. Also this keyboard is pretty heavy, it would be hard to move around a lot. But for a home set-up, it would work really well.Very well built. Durable for beginners. Very long an definitely need to have a stand. Not to heavy, but has a nice weight to it. Easy convert to midi keyboard but will have to turn the volume down on the piano to hear only midi an not the keyboard itself.I ordered this as a gift to one of my good friends, who happens to be a classical pianist. She recently moved from the East Coast here to Las Vegas, and she had to sell her traditional piano prior to her move here. Recently, she has been missing playing alot, so I decided to get this for her for her birthday.Now, I don't know alot about pianos, and I knew I couldn't get her a traditional piano, so I opted for a keyboard, but it couldn't be just any keyboard - it had to be one that best simulates a traditional piano. This one fit that bill. It is a weighted piano keyboard, which means the keys are weighted, much like you would find on a traditional piano, as opposed to a non-weighted keyboard, whose keys are flimsy, so you don't feel like you're playing a piano. This is important, apparently. The keyboard itself is VERY heavy, so keep that in mind. It included the piano pedal, the electric cord and a detachable sheet display. It also came with a very nice, nylon carrying case, which makes transporting it much easier. It does not include a stand, which, at this price, I thought it should have, but I guess we can't always have it all.My friend LOVES this piano keyboard. She said it really is very similar to playing a traditional piano, and she is so happy to be able to play again. You could totally feel that a piece of her soul was missing when she was unable to play - it's just part of her being, so I was over the moon happy to be able to bring that piece of her back to life with this gift. I give this a huge thumbs up!
