CalTrend NeoSupreme Seat Covers for 2012-2018 Ford Focus - 60/40 Split Rear Bench Design in Hawaii Black with Contrast Trim | Perfect for Car Protection & Custom Style Upgrade

These seat covers were dramatically more than the cheapo form fit covers one might buy from an auto parts store. They are advertised to be a "custom fit." When I received them, the instructions were of no value whatsoever as they are totally generic and do not reflect any of the challenges found on my application. Additionally, they look like a photocopy of a photocopy and were barely legible. As for fit, they were VERY tight in some places, so much so that the seems are ripping, and very loose in others to where they bunch up when you get in and out of the car. The seat back cover has at least a 4 to 5 inch space between the cover and the seat and wrinkles up on the sides. It is obvious, by their shape, they they were fundamentally made for this car, but the fit is very poor and at crucial places, do not even cover the seat. I did as they company asked and requested an RGA (returned goods authorization) number via email containing pictures and a detailed explanation (just in case they sent the wrong covers or I am doing something wrong), and a week later, I have received no response from CalTrend. I will be returning them through Amazon which is exactly why I bought they through Amazon in the first place. I will give them another couple days to respond and update, but overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND CalTrend Neosupreme seat covers. They dont fit will and they are unresponsive.
