Quality and construction are equal to the ones I have purchase in the past from other makers but these are much less expensive. My problem was the height of the seat. I am 5'8" and have a standard height wheelchair. However, even on the lowest setting this bench is at least 2 inches higher than my wheelchair or my previous several tub benches. Fortunately I was able to adapt it by using the lower leg portion from my previous bench and also purchasing rubber end caps to create a lower profile. Then I was able to transfer onto it without going uphill. Perhaps taller persons whose wheelchairs sat higher would have no difficulty with this bench.
