Tried it for some weeks now, It absorbs in the skin quick but hasn't worked for me so far had to go Doctor and she gave me Duac which has worked a lot better than this stuff. plus this altacleanse cream its too greasy to be used in the morning especially when your going out, this stuff may work though after many months, it did do something but took a month to show small improvement whilst Duac the doctor gave me took mere 3 days to show large improvement. So I don't think I'll be getting this product again unless its comes with no grease feeling.This may work differently on other people but remember no matter what you put on your skin your antibodies are also at work on Acne so its not guarantee the product works when its your own body that's doing the work. Drinking large quantities of Alcohol seem to increase the risk of Acne as your antibodies don't work so well when your body is drunk.I personally don't like this product but if your desperate looking for something that might work don't get your hopes up but this may work for you as each skin type is different to one another.
