Initially, the wrong size cushion was sent; it was too small. I updated my transaction requesting a replacement/exchange and included dimensions and picture of the cushion with measuring tape. Cushionsource responded immediately with an apology and sent the correct bench cushion and had FedEx to collect the incorrectly sized cushion.
