There were no reviews of this product when I purchased, but decided to proceed based on option of free return. Overall, item appears as pictured/described. My husband assembled, seemed to have little issues with that part. But as you can see from picture, there is QC issue ON FRONT OF the unit (pattern doesn’t match) which was visible once assembled. Disassembling the entire unit and trying to get it all back into original box would be quite a feat and the “get product support” button for this purchase (which can be used for replacing damaged/missing parts only leads to a website for RENTAL CAR OPTION??? AND THERE IS NO PHONE number either…..hoping I can reach out to Amazon support directly to get this resolved…..
