The Narex brand of chisels seems to sharpen well. You will need to do some work on them when they arrive, but they seem to be a good chisel considering the price. Be prepared to flatten the back, hone the bevel, and apply the secondary bevel. When this is done, they generally respond well to use. Time will tell if these will hold up to significant use, but they show promise.
