I did not get any pull ropes with thisCan you send me some ??1. Like at least one other customer, I found the instruction sheet a little more than useless as far as being able to read it, terribly small!2. NO PULL ROPES in the box. I sincerely hope there is a way to rectify this matter as I am in no mood to re-box and send the entire thing back!IF all the components were present, I'm confident I would be able to give another review after use!Easy to assemble once I found a way to enlarge the print in the ridiculous tiny faded print in the two page manual.Longer then expected plus narrow. Padding is so so. I am 5 ft tall and it still seems narrow to me when doing DUMBBELL flys. The worse is doing hamstring curls, the foam is awful. I put a slim pillow so I have more cushion. The leg extension is fine but it will not take Olympic weights. Finding weights with a smaller hole is expensive so I just hang my kettle bells on it and am careful. With ham curls also careful. By the way this is NOT a leg press I see so many mention! Been a trainer and have worked out for over thirty years, stopped going to the gym so have my own but basically bought this for hamstring curls, which was a mistake but I can work around this.One thing I did like was the arm curl which surprised me since I have one on my personal gym. Really gives a great pump with minimal weight.All in all this is just ok. Since I bought this,Amazon has JUST a leg and ham curl machine which looks pretty heavy duty which I wish I had known about. Was going to send this back but too much of a hassleOh forgot about the useless cables on the bottom which have absolutely no resistance. I have my own cables that I hooked up and threw the original ones away.Man, this thing is flimsy. Thin gage metal. The leg attachment bracket was bent to the side a little. Didn't take much pressure to adjust it. I'm almost scared to put a lot of weight on it but I'll test it out soon.Not sturdy, too wigglyPros:-Great price. Super fast shipping!!-Easy assembly.-It's real cute and matches all the yellow in my garage gym.-It has many different incline heights, and the bench length of it is great for any height person.-It weighs almost nothing so can be moved easily.-The resistance bands are a nice addition.Cons:-It's so light weight that my bodyweight shifts it across the floor (160lbs and I have padded floors with good grip) when I try to sit. So it terrifys me to think of adding weight.-No way to hip thrust off it because it's so light it tips over.-There is no comfy way I can maneuver my legs to do the leg extensions. (It's not like others I've used, it has very narrow padding and feels like I'm hyperextending)-Anyone over 160lbs might have my issues as well, when I first sat on it I heard a cracking noise which is concerning.OVERALL I'm going to try to keep it and make it work. I love the look of it and that I can carry it around. If you are looking for a bench that isn't heavy, get this. If you are a serious body builder lifting 200+lbs or hip thrusting specifically, eeeehhh.....For reference I'm 5'9 and female. My husband is 6'3 and 210lbs. The length is good for him to bench press but he agrees it's super narrow and can't use the leg extension/curl comfortably.Easy to assemble. Comes with its own assembly tools. Not very sturdy. Mine is not straight because the center hinge wasn't welded on right. The part that lifts up isn't straight with the bottom half, so I'm afraid I twist my body when I lie down flat. Not at all good for working the back of the legs. I have to take the upper foam pads off for that. Weights that are heavier than 10lbs will touch the floor. Once you have about 40lbs on the bar it almost wants to tip over. It still works good for the front of your legs and for doing other workouts that require a raised bench to lie on or lean on.I needed a bench for leg extension and curls that I could do at home. And this bench allows me to do what I need. But I am a woman on the small side. If you are a big guy, this bench may not work for you. It also could be a little more sturdy. But for a low-cost exercise bench that doesn't take up a lot of room, this works for me.
